Dan Pickering is the Chief Investment Officer of Pickering Energy Partners (PEP). PEP manages client assets via energy strategies focused primarily on public markets and private equity. Prior to PEP, Mr. Pickering served as the President of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. and Chief Investment Officer of TPH Investment Management. Dan has spent 26 years as an energy portfolio manager, researcher and analyst, first at Fidelity Investments (where he managed ~$1 billion of energy sector funds), then as Head of Research at Simmons & Company and as the founding partner of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. Dan currently serves as the portfolio manager of the PEP Energy Equity Opportunities Fund and on the Investment Committee of PEP’s energy co-investment and private equity strategies.
Craig Webster – Managing Director

Craig Webster oversees the ESG advisory practice at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co, advising the firm’s corporate clients on emerging ESG issues and related strategic considerations. He is based in New York. Prior to launching the sustainability initiative at TPH, Mr. Webster was a managing director in the firm’s Securities business where he sat on the group’s Senior Leadership Council. He began his energy career in equity research in Canada, before migrating to both equity sales and management roles with global investment banks in Toronto and New York.
Robert Birdsey – Managing Director and Founding Partner

Robert is a Managing Director and Founding Partner of Greenfront Energy Partners. Prior to starting GreenFront, Robert was Head of BB&T’s Energy Investment Banking group, with oversight for 100+ corporate clients that spanned the entire Energy industry value chain. Under his leadership, BB&T participated in over 300 capital markets and advisory transactions within the Energy space. His experience ranges from Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas (upstream/midstream), and Metals & Mining, all of which complement his increased focus within the Alternative Energy arena. Before BB&T, Robert was a Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Energy Investment Banking group in New York City. Early in his career, Robert worked for an environmental law firm in San Jose, Costa Rica.
