Amanda Brady is a Director and Client Specialist at Edge Capital, serving as a vital connection between our clients, portfolio managers, and investment advisors, and ensuring that our clients’ needs are met on a daily basis. Since joining Edge in 2007, Amanda has ensured a smooth transition process for new clients, was responsible for portfolio administration, facilitated internal and external marketing and events, and coordinated human resources. She was also instrumental in consolidating Edge’s charitable giving for maximum impact in our community to several local charities and causes.

The opportunity to build relationships and work with clients drew Amanda to the investment industry after she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Spanish at Hollins College in Virginia. She brings a wealth of experience, including a senior client service position with the highest producing team at Morgan Stanley and assisted the Regional Manager at Credit Suisse. Amanda also served as Chief Administrative Officer for Octagon Advisory Group, an international hedge fund, was a registered sales assistant in the Institutional Bond Department for Synovus Securities in Columbus, GA, and assisted the Retail Branch Manager at Interstate/Johnson Lane in Atlanta, GA.

Although Amanda is a rare Atlanta native, she spent time attending college in Virginia and has also enjoyed living in both Aspen and Telluride, Colorado. She interned at Bear Stearns in New York on the Equity Syndicate Desk and began her career in Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley in New York. In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Amanda has three children and is not only involved in their activities and school, but also supports several local charities. She also sits on the Board of YMCA Camp, High Harbour.
