Kendrick joined the Edge team as a partner and senior financial advisor, opening the Charlotte office in 2011. In addition to operating as a senior advisor on relationships, Kendrick serves as a portfolio manager and designs, implements, and monitors investment portfolios for our private and institutional clients. At Edge, Kendrick has served on the Asset Allocation Committee, the Board of Trustees, the Leadership Committee, and the Discovery LLC Board.
Kendrick attended the Woodberry Forest School in Virginia. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his MBA from Georgia State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA North Carolina Society. He was named a top advisor in the state of North Carolina by Forbes magazine in 2022.
Kendrick’s current and former community involvement includes but is not limited to serving as Charlotte lead for the Introships program (2021 – present), as a board member for Pat’s Place Child Advocacy (2009 – 2020), as a board member of the Fletcher School (2015 – 2021), as president of the Woodberry Forest School Charlotte Regional Alumni Association (2015 – 2020), on the Investment Committee for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte Endowment (2012 – present), on the Finance Committee for the Charlotte Country Club (2016 – 2020), on the Golf Committee for the Charlotte Country Club (2012 – 2015), and as a state board member of the Coastal Conservation Association – North Carolina (CCA-NC) (2010).
