I push myself to do more and to be better because I love what I do and want the best for our clients and team members. As a lifelong competitor, I always strive to win which is now personally defined by the growth and success of our clients and this entrepreneurial firm. While direct at times, my core value is to treat each person with respect as I seek to build enduring relationships and make the best decisions for clients to compound after-tax wealth.
